Reiki is typically divided into several levels, each with its own focus and techniques. Here are the main levels of Reiki:

Reiki Level 1 (Shoden): This is the beginner level where you learn the basics of Reiki, including hand positions and how to perform self-healing and healing on others. The focus is on opening energy channels and connecting with the universal life force energy.

Reiki Level 2 (Okuden): At this level, you learn more advanced techniques, including the use of Reiki symbols and mantras. This level also introduces distant healing, allowing you to send healing energy to someone who is not physically present.

Reiki Level 3 (Shinpiden): Often referred to as the Master level, this stage focuses on mastering the techniques learned in the previous levels and includes advanced techniques for spiritual growth and personal development. Practitioners at this level are trained to use Reiki for deeper healing and spiritual practices.

Reiki Master Teacher: This level is for those who wish to teach Reiki to others. It involves learning how to attune new practitioners and pass on the Reiki teachings.

Some Reiki systems may include additional levels, such as the Reiki Grand Master level, which involves even more advanced practices and a deeper connection with the universal energy.

Do you have any specific questions about these levels or how to get started with Reiki?
